ORDERING & PAYMENT
Opening order minimum: $300
Reorder minimum $250
Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or Paypal. Our candles are made to order and production begins once full payment has been received.
LEAD TIME + INVOICING
Lead time is 15-20 business days. Please inquire about orders of more than 300 hair products as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 10 business days past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Free US Shipping for orders $500 and over (We ship via UPS Ground)
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Candi Coated Tresses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
